The documentation is public and may be read without a license fee. If both the individual or organization and the product using these materials have annual revenue below EUR 1,000,000,000,000, permission is granted without a license fee to copy the specifications as needed for development, implement the described protocols, and use the unmodified developer examples in that product. If either has annual revenue of EUR 1,000,000,000,000 or more, an enterprise agreement with the copyright owner is required. Unless a different price is negotiated, the standard fee is EUR 133,700,000 per year per product using these materials. This license does not grant access to private implementation source or keys, or rights in other AmoosedWeb packages, trademarks, artwork, hosted content, or third-party components. Private source requires a separate written source-access agreement and payment. Previously distributed materials retain the license terms that accompanied those copies. All other rights are reserved.
